Backyard Luncheon for Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic
This elegant backyard luncheon was hosted by a member of the Open Arms Pregnancy Clinic team. Although she organizes this luncheon annually, this was the first time she held it at her own home, and we were honored to be part of the process.
She reached out by email about three weeks before the event, unsure whether a tent would even fit in her backyard. We scheduled a quick visit, took measurements, and confirmed that our standard 20x30 would be too large. Fortunately, we had been preparing to offer a new 15x30 tent size — and this was the perfect opportunity to debut it, fully draped in soft pink and white.
Because setup the day before wasn’t possible, our team arrived early in the morning at 6:30 a.m. and had everything complete by 9 a.m., just in time for her 11:30 luncheon. When she saw the final setup, she was in love, and guests complimented her on hosting such a beautiful event in her own backyard.
